Shipping Carriers
We ship using reliable carriers including USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services. Once your payment is accepted, your order will be processed and shipped promptly.


Order Processing & Cut-Off Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed on business days (Monday through Friday, Eastern Standard Time), excluding major Post Office holidays such as New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.
  • Cut-Off Time: Orders received by 05:00 PM (GMT-05:00, Eastern Standard Time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

Estimate Time of Arrival
Delivery estimates are based on handling and transit times provided by our logistics partners. Please note that these estimates are approximate and delays beyond our control may occur.

  • Delivery Time Calculation:
    Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  1. Standard Delivery
    • Handling Time: 1-3 business days
    • Transit Time: 7-25 business days
    • Cost: $4.99
    • Service Availability: Monday – Friday
  2. Fast Delivery
    • Handling Time: 1-2 business days
    • Transit Time: 10-15 business days
    • Cost: $14.99
    • Service Availability: Monday – Friday

Note: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3-7 days for the carrier to scan your package into their system. If tracking information is not immediately available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel.


Order Tracking
After processing, you will receive a confirmation email. Within 1-2 business days of processing, a shipping notification with your tracking number will be sent. You can use this tracking link to monitor your package’s journey. If you do not see the tracking email, please check your spam folder. Should your order surpass the estimated arrival date, please contact us for assistance.


Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Inaccurate or incomplete information may lead to delays or misdelivery. Please note:

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to the wrong address or returned to sender.
  • Returned orders will be sent to our shipping partners’ warehouses and disposed of accordingly.
  • A return shipping fee may apply if an order is returned due to an incorrect address.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, or damage if you request the carrier to forward or redirect your parcel after it has left our warehouse.

  • Personalized Orders: For customized orders or those requiring modifications, additional design time may be necessary based on the complexity of your request.
  • Delivery Restrictions: We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, the US Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally.
