Need to Cancel? We’ve Got a Window for That
Changed your mind right after checking out? You’re not alone — and we’ve made it easy.
- You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.
- Just email [email protected] with your order number and cancellation request.
- You’ll receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Missed the 24-hour window?
After that, your order goes into production and cannot be canceled — as our items are made-to-order.
No Exchanges – Choose Carefully, Please
We do not accept exchanges for mistakes in size, design, or quantity once an order is placed.

- Cancel the order within 24 hours and submit a new one

Returns — Up to 180 Days for the Right Reasons
If there’s an actual issue with your order, we’ll make it right. Returns are accepted up to 180 days after delivery, under the following conditions:
Eligible for Return/Refund:
- Items that arrive damaged or defective
- Items that are the wrong size, design, or product
- Products that are materially different from what was shown or described
Not Eligible:
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items missing tags or original packaging
- Minor flaws like thread issues that don’t affect usability
- Damage not caused by us
Items must be returned in original condition to be eligible.
How to Request a Refund

- Your order number or receipt
- Photos of the issue (clearly showing the damage, defect, or mismatch)
- Delivery confirmation or shipping label
- Screenshots of any communication with our support team (if available)
Our team will review your request and reply within 2–3 business days.
Please wait for a return confirmation and address before mailing your package.
Return Shipping Details
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Lobreve is not liable for lost return shipments.
Refund Timing
Once we receive your return and confirm eligibility:
- Refunds are processed within 2 business days
- You’ll get an email confirmation once it’s done
- It may take 10–15 business days for the funds to appear in your account

Returns and refunds can only be initiated within 180 days of delivery. After that, all sales are final and non-refundable.
