Since our products are crafted with care and attention to detail, we understand that returns or refunds may occasionally be necessary. This policy outlines your rights and our responsibilities regarding returns and refunds.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Gift cards or digital items.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or normal wear and tear.


3. Return Process

  2. Our support team will provide you with a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  3. Ship the item back to us using secure packaging.

  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval or rejection.


4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • If a discount code was used, the refund will reflect the discounted amount paid.


5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include photos of the product and packaging to help us resolve the issue quickly.
