1. Processing Time
Orders are processed Monday through Friday during our business hours:
9:00 AM – 6:30 PM Eastern Standard Time (GMT-05:00)
Order cut-off time:
All orders placed before 5:00 PM EST are processed the same business day. Orders placed after this time are handled the next business day.
We do not process or ship on the following holidays:
- New Year’s Day
- Presidents’ Day
- Memorial Day
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
2. Shipping Providers
We ship with trusted carriers to ensure safe and trackable delivery:
- USPS
- DHL
- EMS
- Local postal services
Once shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Estimates
The estimated delivery time includes both handling time and shipping time. Timelines vary based on location and product type.

4. Where We Ship
We currently ship only within the continental United States.
We do not ship to:
- Alaska
- Hawaii
- Puerto Rico
- Guam
- U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO/FPO addresses
- International locations
5. Tracking Orders
- After placing an order, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
- Once shipped, you’ll get a second email with your tracking number.
- Allow 3–7 business days for tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.
If your tracking doesn’t update or your package is late, contact our support team. We’re here to help.
6. Custom & Personalized Items
Custom orders take a little longer. Our design team will finalize your item based on the complexity of your request. Please allow additional time beyond standard handling.
7. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Accuracy matters. Please review your shipping address before confirming your order.
Lobreve is not responsible for:
- Delivery to incorrect or incomplete addresses
- Packages lost or disposed of after failed delivery
- Orders returned due to errors in shipping information
If your order is returned to our logistics partners, a re-shipping fee will apply.
